Job summary

Keystone Clearwater Solutions is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor for Water Transfer Operations in East Palestine, OH. Lead a team of field supervisors and technicians to ensure safe, on-time, and on-budget project execution.

Your leadership will coordinate with engineering, manage resources, review daily tickets, and uphold safety policies while delivering outstanding customer service on-site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of water transfer experience.
• Certified Fusion Technician (1+ year)
• Prior team or project management experience.
• Mechanical and equipment knowledge (pumps, valves, flow control).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with mobile reporting tools (smartphone, tablet).
• Ability to manage costs, schedules, and customer expectations.
• Valid driver’s license.
• 12-hour shifts with days & nights; overtime & weekends; travel required.
• Outdoor work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

As an Operations Supervisor, you’ll oversee all water transfer activities for a specific operator or account. You’ll lead a team of Field Supervisors, Senior Water Transfer Technicians, and Technicians—ensuring projects run safely, on schedule, and within budget. This is a key leadership role interfacing directly with customers.
