GreenWaste is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day facility operations under the guidance of the Operations Manager. The role covers managing a small to mid-sized team and ensuring a safe, productive work environment at our San Jose location.

Qualifications

• Effective communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate for safety.
• Project management responsibilities and scheduling.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software.
• Ability to handle conflict and resolve issues.

Responsabilités

• Directly supervise a team of five to ten employees; organize, monitor, and prioritize tasks.
• Troubleshoot and maintain operations support systems.
• Complete daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly site inspections.
• Evaluate workflow and monitor control systems for efficiency.
• Organize and distribute training and educational material for the team.
• Review safety requirements with the team and enforce safety policies.
• Monitor and oversee special projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
