Job summary

LyondellBasell is seeking an Operations Supervisor in Jackson, TN, to lead a manufacturing shift with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and efficiency. You will mentor the operations team, uphold HSE standards, and drive continuous improvement in production performance.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 6 years of manufacturing ops experience, and 3 years in a leadership capacity. Polymer compounding experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be an effective communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong mathematical ability at a high school level.
• Strong leadership skills demonstrated through prior work experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, timely, and cost effective production of high quality products.
• Develop the operation team in HSE management principles and improve safety performance.
• Manage shift operations, scheduling, training, and KPI achievement including OEE targets.
