Job summary

SoHo Sushi Kennedy, LLC in Tampa, FL is seeking an experienced Overnight Cleaner to perform deep cleaning and sanitation after business hours, ensuring the kitchen, dining room, lounge, and facilities meet health standards. You will work 3 to 4 nights per week overnight, independently, focusing on hard-to-reach spots, floor care, restrooms, and general upkeep, with reliable transportation required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of commercial or restaurant cleaning experience.

• Physical stamina to stand, bend, stoop, lift up to 50 lbs and handle cleaning supplies safely.
• Must have reliable transportation for late-night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Deep clean and sanitize commercial kitchen surfaces, prep areas, line equipment, and stainless steel.
• Sweep, scrub, and mop all hard flooring.
• Sanitize dining room furniture, bar surfaces, restrooms, and customer entryways.
• Perform high/low dusting, mirror and glass cleaning, and trash/recycling removal.
• Maintain organized chemical storage, clean equipment after each shift, and report low inventory supplies or maintenance needs.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and exceptionally thorough Overnight Cleaner to manage deep cleaning and sanitation duties after business hours. In this role, you will work independently 3 to 4 nights per week during overnight hours to ensure our kitchen, dining room, lounge, and facilities exceed health and cleanliness standards every single morning.

Key Responsibilities

• Deep clean and sanitize commercial kitchen surfaces, prep areas, line equipment, and stainless steel.

• Sweep, scrub, and mop all hard flooring.

• Sanitize dining room furniture, bar surfaces, restrooms, and customer entryways.

• Perform high/low dusting, mirror and glass cleaning, and trash/recycling removal.

• Maintain organized chemical storage, clean equipment after each shift, and report low inventory supplies or maintenance needs.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of commercial or restaurant cleaning experience strongly preferred.

• Extreme Attention to Detail: A high standard for cleanliness with a meticulous, thorough eye—you don't cut corners or skip hard-to-reach spots.

• Self-Motivated & Reliable: Ability to work independently without direct supervision during overnight shifts while staying on task.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, bend, stoop, lift up to 50 lbs, and handle commercial cleaning supplies safely.

• Must have reliable transportation for late-night/overnight shifts.
