Job summary

Clemens Food Group is seeking a hands-on Team Lead to drive daily engagement, coaching, and continuous improvement within the production team. You will lead onboarding, run weekly qualification meetings for new hires, and ensure adherence to SOPs and KPI targets.

Responsibilities include disciplinary actions, cross-training, HACCP/SSOP compliance, and supporting hiring for non-exempt roles. A strong focus on safety, quality, and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Lead daily and weekly team meetings to engage members and track KPIs.
• Coach team members on corrective actions, SOP adherence, and performance expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using standard tools and processes.
• Identify and resolve workplace issues, supporting a safe production environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in daily production activities and safety practices.
• Oversee onboarding and weekly qualification meetings for new team members.
