The Operations Supervisor provides leadership to ensure customer, team member, and vendor satisfaction by fostering a culture of continuous improvement aligned with plant goals. AS or similar degree preferred; BS or BA in manufacturing or management is advantageous, or equivalent work experience leading teams in manufacturing.
