Ingram Content Group in Jackson, TN is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support our Distribution team. You will oversee daily operations, supervise associates for policy compliance, and drive throughput with emphasis on quality and safety.

The role emphasizes process improvements and collaboration with multiple departments to maintain high morale and a positive workplace culture. This is a fast-paced, onsite position with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Min 3 years in fast-paced warehouse leadership.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Must have physical stamina for warehouse tasks.
• Experience with payroll records via KRONOS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, organize, plan and allocate resources.
• Acquire and analyze shift performance indicators.
• Identify issues/processes that deviate from standards and take action.
• Engage associates assigned to the area.
• Maintain payroll records, including daily input in KRONOS.
• Provide input into Operations status reports using standardized reports.
• Interview and select associates for hire and/or promotion.
• Train or oversee the training of newly hired associates.
• Conduct or oversee process update training as changes are implemented.
• Analyze staffing needs and delegate work based on volume requirements.

Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring an Operations Supervisor to support our Distribution team in Jackson, TN. The Operations Supervisor oversees the day-to-day operation of the assigned departments to include supervision of associates for compliance with company policies and procedures. This role will monitor and instruct all associates assigned to shift and ensure that throughput is maximized and efficiencies within the process are observed, with an emphasis on quality standards and practices.

• Monday-Friday 3pm-12am

What You’ll Need

• HS Diploma or GED
• 3 years’ experience in a fast paced, high-volume warehouse or related industry environment
• 2 + years of leadership experience
• 6 months work experience which included walking, standing, lifting/carrying, pushing/pulling, gripping/grasping, bending, squatting/kneeling, twisting/turning, climbing, crawling, reaching above shoulders, typing/keyboard

• Proven ability to adapt quickly in a fast paced, high-volume warehouse or related industry environment.
• Strong knowledge and hands‑on experience across multiple distribution operations, including inbound, outbound, and inventory management.
• Self-motivated and independently driven to achieve goals and solve problems.
• Collaborative team player with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with team members, supervisors, and other departments.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain high morale and foster a positive workplace culture.

What You’ll Do

• Provide input into Operations related status reports and use standardized reports

• Train or oversee the training of newly hired associates
• Conduct or oversee process update training of all associates as changes are implemented
• Analyze staffing needs and delegate work based on volume requirements in assigned departments.
• Issue progressive counseling (up to including termination) to associates for performance below minimum expectations

Hiring Salary Range: $75,840kk - $95,891k. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. It will be determined by factors including but not limited to: the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geographic location, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
