Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor, Supply Chain Operations in Moncks Corner, SC to lead daily warehouse activities and coach a frontline team. The role focuses on delivering efficient operations, schedules, training, and sustained service quality.

You will monitor performance, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate with leadership and other departments. Requires 2 years of experience, MS Office familiarity, and flexibility for overtime, with additional preference for logistics

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse.
• Prepare schedules.
• Supervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performance.
• Monitor work quality to consistently deliver exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrate an understanding of the company quality policy.
• Adhere to the GXO 7S program.
• Communicate well with leadership, team members and other departments.
• Implement continuous improvement action plans.
• Always maintain a clean environment.
