Responsibilities

• Manage production schedules to meet customer demand while balancing inventory, staffing, equipment availability, and plant capacity.
• Monitor production performance, adjust priorities as needed, and communicate updates across teams.
• Lead shift communications, ensure safe and compliant work practices, troubleshoot issues, coordinate maintenance, and drive production goals.
