Job summary

Neovia Logistics is seeking a facilities operations supervisor in Greenwood, IN, to oversee daily operations, formulate policies, and plan materials and human resources to meet business requirements.

You will supervise purchasing, distribution, and client operations support, lead staff and performance reviews, and contribute to cost optimization while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-5 years’ relevant experience.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Ability to read/write and interpret documents.
• Warehouse experience (preferred).

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Requires work from heights of up to 20 feet from floor.
• Requires work in an environment with frequently changing temperatures.
• Requires frequent walking, carrying, reaching, standing, and stooping.
• Requires lifting/lowering, pushing, or pulling of various items of varying weight.
