Job summary

Neovia Logistics seeks an experienced operations manager to oversee the planning and coordination of facility activities, aligning with corporate policies and optimizing daily operations to meet business requirements.

The role focuses on managing staff, coordinating purchasing and distribution, driving cost efficiency, and ensuring timely product handling with strong verbal and written communication skills. Salary range is 86,000–90,000 USD annually, with a 10% bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university (preferred).
• 3-5 years’ relevant experience with operations, warehouse, and logistics experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage, plan, or coordinate work within corporate strategies, policy frameworks and designs, and implement operational strategies as set by corporate policies to meet both short and long term goals.
• Manage, plan, or coordinate the purchasing of materials and equipment to ensure an uninterrupted supply at optimal cost.
• Manage, plan, or coordinate all operational activities required for timely and efficient distribution of products.
• Manage, plan, or coordinate the support for a client’s operation and optimize costs.
• Manage, plan, or coordinate subordinate staff, reviews, and assesses performance, supports their professional development to optimize their contribution.
• Other duties as assigned.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Requires work in an environment with frequently changing temperatures.
• Requires frequent walking, carrying, reaching, standing, and stooping.
• Requires lifting/lowering, pushing, or pulling of various items of varying weight.

Salary Range

Salary Range 86,000 - 90,000 annually plus 10% bonus potential
