Job summary

Neovia Logistics in Fullerton, CA is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations, implement corporate policies, and plan usage of materials and human resources to meet business requirements.

You will lead multi-shift operations, drive cost efficiency, and supervise staff while coordinating with other departments to ensure on-time distribution of products.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Currently works in an operation with many variables and multishift or process area responsibility, and has substantial responsibility with no or very limited ongoing direct supervision OR
• Has 5+ years of experience and a track record of performance with demonstrated proficiency and ability to deliver results.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Ability to read/write and interpret documents

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Requires work from heights of up to 20 feet from floor.
• Requires work in an environment with frequently changing temperatures.
• Requires frequent walking, carrying, reaching, standing, and stooping.
• Requires lifting/lowering, pushing, or pulling of various items of varying weight.
