We are expanding rapidly in the 3rd party logistics service provider market, utilizing advanced processes such as robotics, vision-based error-proofing, and digital material flow management. Join us if you are energized by solving operational and strategic challenges that impact industry change.

At CLI, we value dedication, teamwork, and process improvement. We are currently seeking an Operations Supervisor for our 1st Shift Team.

Shift Schedule

Monday - Thursday, 6:00 am to 5:30 pm, with overtime as needed, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage production and shipping systems
• Monitor equipment and systems operation
• Maintain safety, health, and environmental policies
• Coordinate with other departments
• Implement cleanliness and plant improvement programs
• Plan and direct departmental work to meet goals
• Enhance productivity and recruit quality staff
• Supervise and evaluate employee performance
• Develop departmental policies and procedures
• Ensure timely shipment to customers and manage Hot Shot shipments
• Conduct On-the-Job Training
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures
• Initiate and execute the Five Alarm Process
• Manage material distribution and department organization
• Participate in Continuous Improvement Teams

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in warehousing and shipping/receiving
• Leadership or supervisory experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
