Operations Supervisor - Distribution

As an Operations Supervisor at DHL Supply Chain, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouses. Your responsibilities include implementing processes to optimize warehouse operations, leading and developing frontline associates, fostering a safe and productive environment, and driving overall success. Job Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of frontline associates, promoting inclusion and belonging.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, fostering a culture of safety awareness.
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics; report findings and improvement recommendations.
• Encourage open communication and collaboration among leadership and staff.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
• 1+ years of operations management or supervisory experience (preferred).
• 1+ years of logistics industry experience (preferred).
• Skills in staff management, workload planning, and organizational objectives (preferred).
