Job Description:

• Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of frontline associates by providing coaching, guidance, and support, fostering a culture of inclusion and belonging.
• Uphold compliance with health and safety regulations, promoting safety awareness throughout the organization.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics; provide reports and analysis to management with recommendations for improvement.
• Encourage open communication and collaboration among leadership and associates to promote transparency and teamwork.

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
• 1+ years of operations experience in a lead/supervisor/management role (preferred).
• 1+ years of logistics industry experience (preferred).
• Staff management, workload planning, and organizational skills (preferred).
