DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Operations Supervisor - Distribution. The role offers a national salary range of $62,500 to $70,000 and requires leadership of frontline teams, coaching, and ensuring safety and productivity across the warehouse.

You will monitor KPIs, improve processes, and collaborate with customers and operations leadership to sustain service excellence. The position operates on a rotating day/night schedule, with a focus on high standards, inclusion, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years operations experience in a lead/supervisor/management role, preferred.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience, preferred.
• Staff management, workload planning, objective setting and organizational skills, preferred.

For roles in California the range is $70,304 - $82,000 and for roles in Washington the range is $80,169 - $82,000.

Operations Supervisor

The Operations Supervisor position operates on a rotating DuPont swing schedule, requiring coverage on both day and night shifts. Scheduled hours are 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

In this role, the supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading forklift associates, and ensuring productivity, safety, and quality standards are met. The supervisor will regularly interact with customer representatives and warehouse personnel throughout the shift to coordinate workflow, resolve operational issues, and maintain a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support forklift associates and operational staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.
• Monitor productivity and operational performance.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding daily operations and service needs.
• Address employee concerns, provide coaching, and support workforce development.
• Coordinate shift activities to meet customer and company expectations.
• Maintain accurate operational documentation and reports.

This position requires strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills, as well as the flexibility to work rotating day and night shifts.
