Operations Supervisor (AV / Live Events)

Join Alaska’s leading live event production team! IMIG Audio Video is seeking a n Operations Supervisor to lead AV technicians during live events. This role is responsible for keeping crews organized, focused, and productive in the field, ensuring events are executed safely, professionally, and on schedule.

This is a full-time, project-based position offering $29–$33/ hr DOE, with 401(k) match, paid time off, and health benefits.

This is a field leadership role focused on directing people and workflow. While technical understanding is required, the position is not intended to be the primary technical specialist on site.

During certain high-stakes events, this role may serve as the show runner or act in a technical leadership capacity as needed .

Key Responsibilities
