Responsibilities include:

• Promoting company culture commitments: integrity, respect, communication, quality, safety, and productivity.
• Setting team expectations and goals, and managing team development, coaching, and training.
• Planning production based on orders, ensuring records are accurately maintained.
• Implementing process improvements, coordinating with other departments, and addressing production issues.
• Participating in safety, food safety, and quality compliance and reporting issues accordingly.
• Performing supervisory duties, including hiring, coaching, and resolving employee issues.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED; Associate's Degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of related experience, preferably in baking or manufacturing.
• Experience with production equipment, forklift, and pallet jack operation.
• Ability to pass Food Safety HACCP training.
• Bilingual skills preferred.

• Physical ability to stand long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and operate related equipment.
