Job summary

• 0-5 years of supervisory, leadership, warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or transportation experience.

Our operation is based in Greer, SC and supports BMW. We manage and operate a warehouse facility that handles pick and pack, sequencing, inventory management, and daily production support.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Lead and support warehouse associates during your shift, ensuring work is completed accurately, efficiently, and safely.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and safety standards to keep operations running smoothly.
• Train, coach, and develop team members to meet performance goals.
• Address employee questions, concerns, and performance issues in real time.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to support daily workflow.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Enforce company policies, processes, and safety expectations.
• Partner with leadership and other departments to resolve operational issues.
• Complete daily reporting on labor, workflow, and productivity.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and accuracy.

The Ideal Candidate Should Possess the Following:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferred, as this role requires frequent communication with a largely Spanish-speaking workforce. Candidates must be comfortable communicating, coaching, and providing direction in both languages.
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop employees.
• Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced operation.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-first attitude.
• 0-5 years of supervisory, leadership, warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or transportation experience.
