Qualifications

• 2-4 years related warehouse experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Advanced computer skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Demonstrated ownership and responsibility to run operations with urgency.
• Ability to build rapport with associates and external customers at all levels.
• Time management and organizational skills with prioritization.
• Experience with inventory management and WMS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise logistics operations including picking, packing and overall production; manage order planning and accuracy.
• Conduct daily stand-up meetings to review workload and goals.
• Recommend changes to improve productivity and methods.
• Assist in onboarding and training of new associates; cross-train as needed.
• Provide relief coverage for operational duties during absences.
• Know and use site systems CIMS/VPS/Routing Portals for order accuracy and shipping optimization.
• Complete necessary records and reports; track productivity metrics.
• Work weekends or late hours when required by business needs.
