Job summary

Fanatics Commerce is seeking an Operations Supervisor for the 2nd shift in Screen Print to lead screen print, receiving, and order processing with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. As we continue to scale our global platform, the Operations Supervisor – 2nd Shift – Screen Print will play a critical role in driving screen print, receiving, and order processing excellence across distribution operations.

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Operations Supervisor 2nd Shift Screen Print oversees screen print, receiving, and order processing functions while maintaining strong visibility and accessibility to employees on the distribution and screen print floor throughout the shift. This role partners with Operations and Senior Management to uphold departmental standards for productivity, reliability, and accuracy, while leading a frontline team through coaching, accountability, and continuous process improvement. The Operations Supervisor – 2nd Shift – Screen Print delivers business and fan impact through BOLD leadership and execution excellence, leveraging data, automation, and AI-enabled insights.

  • Partner with Operations and Senior Management to support the development and implementation of policies and procedures, and coordinate with the HR Manager on employee activities including vacation approvals, timecard approvals, and overtime management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to forecast staffing needs ahead of peak business demands, participating actively in the interviewing and hiring process to build a capable and resilient team.
  • Train, motivate, coach, recognize, and hold team members accountable for performance and conduct, leveraging performance management practices to improve productivity and support career development and pathing.
  • Resolve personnel matters in partnership with the HR Manager and Operations/Senior Management Team, maintaining consistent and fair application of policies across the hourly employee population.
Fan & Customer Impact (Obsessed with Fans)
  • Maintain department standards for productivity, reliability, and accuracy to ensure fans receive their orders on time and as expected.
  • Review, prioritize, and organize operational activities throughout the shift to enable efficient execution that directly supports the fan fulfillment experience.
  • Promote a safe and compliant working environment by supporting safety programs, ensuring all required safety training is completed, and upholding safety guidelines at all times.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of all operating systems relevant to the assigned work area to minimize disruption and sustain high-quality output for fans.

  • Identify and implement ongoing process improvements to drive departmental efficiency and operational effectiveness, drawing on Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent methodologies.
  • Leverage warehouse-based software and operational systems to surface data insights that inform shift-level decisions and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Present operational information effectively across a variety of settings — including business meetings, team huddles, standups, and town halls — to align stakeholders and drive timely action.
  • Evaluate emerging tools and approaches to automate or streamline screenprint and distribution workflows, contributing to a culture of innovation on the floor.

  • Drive accountability across the team by setting clear expectations, monitoring performance against departmental standards, and taking decisive corrective action when needed.
  • Manage daily and weekly operational priorities with a relentless focus on execution, ensuring the shift runs efficiently from start to finish.

CAPABILITIES & EXPERIENCE YOU BRING
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of Distribution/Warehouse management experience, with demonstrated ability to lead hourly employee populations in manufacturing, distribution, or similar operational environments.
  • Experience leveraging performance management practices to coach employees, improve productivity, and support career development and pathing.
  • Experience using warehouse-based software and operational systems to manage and monitor shift-level operations.
  • Experience presenting information across a variety of settings, including business meetings, team huddles, standups, formations, and town halls.
  • Ability to influence peers and leaders across the organization to drive effective business outcomes, with strong and proven influencing skills.
  • Strong written communication skills, including the ability to write clearly and informatively, present numerical data effectively, and read and interpret written information.
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies; previous experience in a union environment and bilingual Spanish proficiency preferred.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related discipline preferred, or equivalent education and experience.
