Menzies Aviation in the United States is seeking a Station Operations Supervisor to direct daily airport operations, including baggage handling, ramp services, and customer service tasks. The role emphasizes safety, adherence to procedures, and effective communication with internal departments.
You will lead and train staff, conduct shift briefings, manage administrative tasks, and respond rapidly to delays and gate changes.
Rate: $22 USD per hour

This role is responsible for directing the work of all station agents as they perform all aspects of the operation to include customer service operations, baggage services and ramp services functions. Besides supervision you will be an integrated part of the operations process and perform some of the above tasks. Position requires heavy lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, stretching and frequent kneeling. Adheres to all standards procedures ensuring all work is performed safely and is supported by following established procedures and protocols.
