Job summary

Guardian Glass in Richburg, SC is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a high-impact team at our state-of-the-art float glass facility. You will drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement while coordinating production schedules and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires a proven leader with manufacturing experience, capable of managing rotating shifts and applying lean concepts to optimize operations.
