You will also train staff, manage scheduling, and coordinate customer communications while upholding Ryder policies and procedures. This role supports a fast-paced shop environment with opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

  • HS diploma or GED required; higher degrees preferred.
  • Maintenance operations experience required; supervisory exposure valued.
  • Experience with shop management systems is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Manage workflow analysis, planning, scheduling and labor allocation.
  • Oversee performance metrics, safety, quality and cost targets.
  • Lead personnel development and performance management.
  • Maintain customer relations and on-time service delivery.
  • Direct shop assets, tooling, inventory and compliance.
  • Ensure documentation, QA checks and continuous improvement.
