Job summary

PSC Group is seeking an Operations Supervisor to directly manage site-level workgroups, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality daily operations at our Morris, IL facility. You will enforce procedures, safety policies and work instructions to maintain compliance and operational consistency.

You will monitor team productivity, provide coaching and corrective action, coordinate labor, equipment and scheduling to meet customer and production needs, and maintain open communication with leadership

• Speak, write, read fluent English; hearing and vision affirmed.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Directly manages site-level workgroups to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality daily operations

Job Requirements:

• Speak, write, read fluent English. Hear and have good vision
• Regular on-site attendance and punctuality is required
• Work outside in environmental conditions which at times include extreme heat or extreme cold
• Work may involve protected and monitored exposure to chemicals, fumes, odors, or other environmental conditions typical of an industrial facility
• Wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) without restriction and pass any medical examination associated with the use of PPE
