Job summary

Lunds & Byerlys Highway 7 in Minnetonka, MN is hiring a vibrant full-time Operations Supervisor to create a sensational shopping experience for our customers. This position offers a full-time schedule with a competitive wage of $20.50-$24.50/hr, and shifts from 6:00am to 11:00pm.

We operate 7 days a week (6:00am–10:00pm). The role includes supervising front-end ops, greeting customers, handling pricing data, processing payments, and coaching staff.

Qualifications

• Communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
• Three or more years previous retail or food service experience desired.
• Previous supervisory experience desired.

Lunds & Byerlys Highway 7 is currently hiring for a vibrant and outgoing full-time Operations Supervisor to create a sensational shopping experience for our customers! This position works a full-time schedule and earns a competitive wage of $20.50-$24.50/hr.

We operate 7 days/week and are open from 6:00am-10:00pm. For this position the employee would be scheduled a range of shifts between 6:00am-11:00pm.

OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Our Operations Supervisors are responsible for a wide variety of tasks such as:

• Greeting and assisting customers
• Supervising and assisting front-end operations including:
  • Scanning items
  • Entering pricing data
  • Processing payment
  • Packaging groceries
  • Resolving any checkout concerns
• Bookkeeping and payroll processing
• Assisting in coaching, mentoring, and training employees
