Job summary

McKesson is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead daily warehouse and distribution center operations in Memphis, TN. You will supervise a team, develop work plans, and drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement across the operation. The schedule is typically Monday–Friday with potential weekend hours based on volume.

You will monitor metrics, coach staff, and coordinate with inventory, transportation, and quality teams to ensure accurate receiving, processing, and shipping of products.

Qualifications

• Typically requires 3+ years of subject matter experience including leadership capabilities
• 3+ years of experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain operations
• 1+ year of leadership experience in a supervisor, lead, or team leadership role
• Experience managing employee performance, productivity, and workflow
• Experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift

• Conduct team meetings, communicate goals, and provide performance feedback
• Maintain operational records, staffing reports, and performance documentation
• Support warehouse management system (WMS) processes and operational reporting
• Promote a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work environment

The Operations Supervisor leads daily warehouse and distribution center operations, ensuring products are received, processed, and shipped safely, accurately, and on time. This role supervises a team of associates, drives productivity, and supports a culture focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00 am to 6pm ( or later if needed based on volume) and as needed Saturday 7:30am - Completion

What You Will Do

• Lead and support daily warehouse operations to meet productivity, quality, and service goals

Basic Requirements

• Typically requires 3+ years of subject matter experience including exhibiting leadership capabilities
• High School Diploma or GED
• 3+ years of experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain operations
• 1+ year of leadership experience in a supervisor, lead, or team leadership role
• Experience managing employee performance, productivity, and workflow
• Experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift

Preferred Skills / Experience

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical supply, or regulated distribution environments
• Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse best practices
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Experience leading process improvement initiatives
• Strong communication and employee development skills

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.

Our Base Pay Range for this position $54,500 - $90,900
