Job summary

ES3, LLC is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor for the 2nd shift to oversee daily operations across multiple warehouse areas. You will ensure safe, accurate, and timely processing of orders while coaching a team of associates to meet KPIs.

You will implement PDPs, conduct safety audits, and partner with leadership to drive performance and retention in a fast-paced, high-velocity environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of warehouse experience with supervision.
• Experience leading 15+ associates is highly desired.
• Exposure to Warehouse Management Systems and labor-management tools.
• Coaching and performance development of staff.

Responsibilities

• Safely supervise day-to-day shift operations in one or more warehouse areas.
• Coach and mentor associates; develop PDPs; deliver continuous feedback.
• Manage safety, quality, sanitation, and productivity audits.
• Collaborate with Shift Manager on KPI achievement (safety, retention, productivity, shrink).

Position OverviewAs Warehouse Supervisor, you will operate in a safe, yet an extremely high paced, fluid environment. At the core, you must have the ability to safely optimize people and technology while ensuring quality in everything we do. You are responsible for the daily oversight of operations of the warehouse employees and to ensure compliance with all company policies.Job DescriptionDescriptionEffectively and safely supervise the day-to-day shift operations of one or more warehouse areas of responsibility (AOR).
