Hallmark is seeking an Operations Supervisor – Supply Chain to lead up to 55 Hallmark employees across scheduling and work assignments, ensuring productivity, serviceability, quality, and cost targets are met. This role may be filled at our Lawrence, KS or Leavenworth, KS facilities, or Liberty, MO distribution center.
You will drive continuous improvement with PDCA/A3 tools, mentor leaders, and partner with maintenance and manufacturing teams to meet deadlines and budget goals.

As an Operations Supervisor – Supply Chain, you will lead up to 55 Hallmark employees, directing and coordinating the scheduling and assignment of work to ensure productivity, serviceability, quality, and cost targets are met. Across the supply chain at Hallmark, we focus on working together to accomplish goals as a team, exceeding our customers' expectations along the way.
The Operations Supervisor role may be filled at any of our Kansas/Missouri supply‑chain locations, across 2nd (evening), 3rd (overnight), or weekend shifts. Occasional weekend work may be required for those on a Monday‑Friday weekly shift, depending on business need.
Hallmark products are produced in both of our Kansas Manufacturing facilities located in Lawrence, KS and Leavenworth, KS. These facilities produce most of our greeting cards, gift wrap, ribbons & bows, tissue paper, and stickers. Our Liberty Distribution Center located in Liberty, MO fulfills and distributes most of these products to our customers.
