A global leader in providing comprehensive services for smartphones, tablets, laptops, and other devices is searching to bring on Operations Supervisors at their warehouse in Flower Mound, Texas. This will be a permanent, onsite role in a distribution center environment.

The ideal candidate would have at least 2 years of experience leading a team of non-exempt teammates in a manufacturing, production, distribution, or logistics environment. They should have experience developing and measuring performance and process improvements.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of direct experience leading a team in manufacturing, production, distribution, or logistics.
• Experience developing and measuring performance and process improvements.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Promoting productivity, health, and safety through personal leadership to ensure excellence in warehouse operations.
• Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with effective communication and thorough follow-through.
• Modeling and encouraging behaviors that foster inclusion and teamwork.
• Using performance data to drive productivity, improve service, and enhance operations and logistics.
• Controlling labor costs.
• Driving continual improvement processes to make operations more effective, simple, and flexible.
• Simplifying standard work, eliminating defects, and engaging all team members in improvement processes.
• Communicating performance trends and improvements to organizational leadership.
• Executing against department, facility, and corporate goals with high accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitoring inventory levels across regions, maintaining updated systems, records, and reports.
• Reporting on inventory discrepancies, aging work orders, cycle counts, and WIP.
• Coordinating project planning, scheduling, budgeting, development, implementation, and control.
