Job summary

Veo is launching its micromobility services in Spring 2026 to the Denver Community. We are seeking a hands-on Operations Associate to support the Operations Manager in daily market duties.

The role will be 60-80% hands-on in the field, handling direct labor, asset audits, vehicle maintenance, and responding to customer service requests, with 20-40% administrative tasks including staffing, training, and SOP follow-up.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical and technical aptitude.
• 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience.
• A valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and be on your feet for a full shift.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Knowledge of the local geography and street layout.

Responsibilities

• Direct labor and warehouse organization.
• Hand-count assets and audits.
• Perform routine inspection and maintenance of vehicles.
• Respond to on-demand and in the field customer service requests.
• Redistribute scooters around Veo’s service areas.
• Identify, document and recover scooters requiring in-shop repair.
• Ad-hoc field tasks and other tasks as required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Operations Manager with the day‑to‑day responsibilities in the market
• 60-80% of your time will be hands‑on, manual work to include:
  • Direct labor and warehouse organization
  • Hand‑count assets and compliance audits
  • Perform routine inspection and maintenance of vehicles
  • Respond to on‑demand and in the field customer service requests
  • Redistribute scooters around Veo’s service areas
  • Identify, document and recover scooters requiring in‑shop repair
  • Ad‑hoc field tasks and other tasks as required
• 20-40% of your time will consist of a variety of administrative work to include:
  • Support Operations Manager with hiring, training, scheduling staff
  • Employee productivity tracking
  • SOP follow‑up
  • Assist Operations Manager with other projects as needed

Pay Range: $25—$27 USD
