Job summary

Kellanova is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead the night shift at our Rome, Georgia plant. This onsite role places you at the heart of production operations, guiding a team of hourly staff from 4:30 PM to 5:30 AM and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include safety and quality leadership, cost reduction through LEAN, and collaboration with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives. Must be available evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Experience supervising manufacturing operations.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Demonstrated safety/quality program experience.

Description

Are you ready to lead with purpose and drive results? Kellanova is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our Rome, Georgia plant and lead our night shift team (4:30 PM - 5:30 AM). This is an on-site role where you’ll be at the heart of our production operations, ensuring smooth execution and high performance.

You’ll be guiding a dedicated team of hourly employees, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement. This is more than just a supervisory role—it’s an opportunity to make a real impact by optimizing processes, reducing losses, and driving operational excellence. You’ll also have the chance to work on strategic initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

We’re Looking for Someone With
  • Demonstrated experience managing safety and/or quality programs in a manufacturing environment
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Proven leadership and supervisory experience in manufacturing
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends
  • Strong manufacturing aptitude and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while fostering accountability and execution
Compensation

The annual salary range is $76,200 - $99,960, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
