Job summary

Stifel Financial Corp. is seeking an Operations Strategic Initiatives Manager in the United States (KY region). You will lead division-wide projects spanning regulatory, strategic, and process-improvement efforts from concept to delivery.

You will partner with senior leaders across Operations, Technology, Risk, and Compliance to align priorities, drive execution, and communicate progress. Strong project management, critical thinking, and influential leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, operations, technology, or related field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in operations, project leadership, business analysis, financial services, technology implementation, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects across regulatory, strategic, and process improvement initiatives from inception to implementation.
• Partner with Operations Technology Solutions & Project Support Director, Managing Director, and Operations Executive Directors to drive priorities.
• Engage Operations leaders to understand projects, identify priorities, and create visibility across the division.
• Develop recommendations, decision materials, and status reports for leadership.
• Coordinate across Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance and vendors to remove roadblocks.
• Translate complex needs into actionable project plans and ensure alignment with goals.
