Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience with OM principles and compliance requirements.
• 5+ years of experience supporting the DoD.
• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, SOCCER, AFRIMS, REMIS, and SIP systems.
• Ability to manage classified and unclassified materials securely.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for organizational operations management and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
• Identify, analyze, and evaluate operational issues using trend data and organizational knowledge.
• Provide recommendations for unresolved problems and follow up on corrective actions.
• Train staff on proper submission and tracking of packages in Microsoft SharePoint and SOCCER systems.
• Monitor activities for compliance with regulations, directives, and policies.
• Maintain effective relationships with senior leadership, DoD agencies, and other organizations.
• Track manning, prepare organizational charts, manage files and forms, and prepare correspondence.
• Support development and publication of program documentation, plans, directives, reports, and briefings.
