Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an Operations Analyst to solve complex problems for customers on the SOCOM team. You’ll research root causes, analyze, and report findings, translating mission needs into executable plans with operators and industry partners.

You’ll work with engineers and subject-matter experts to create graphs, charts, and demonstrations, applying MDMP/JELC methods and statistical techniques to advance the SOCOM mission and deliver targeted solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating with Special Operations and Joint Partner environments.
• Familiarity with MDMP, JELC, and event life-cycle milestones.
• Ability to brief high-ranking DoD/government officials.
• Experience with MIMO radios and tactical networks in SOF.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research, analyze data, and develop actionable recommendations.
• Prepare graphs, charts, and briefings for stakeholders.
• Support program meetings to improve efficiency and outcomes.
