Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an Organizational Operations Management (OM) Analyst to ensure seamless day-to-day operations across multiple areas and to coordinate with internal teams and external agencies. You will analyze operational issues using trend data and provide corrective action follow-up while training staff on SharePoint and SOCCER systems.

The role requires extensive OM experience, DoD exposure, and the ability to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience supporting the DoD
  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, SOCCER, AFRIMS, REMIS, and SIP systems

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the OM point-of-contact for the organization across multiple functional areas.
  • Identify, analyze, and evaluate operational issues using trend data and organizational knowledge.
  • Provide recommendations for unresolved problems and follow up on corrective actions.
  • Train staff on proper submission and tracking of packages in Microsoft SharePoint and SOCCER systems.
  • Ensure timely completion of OM suspenses, staff packages, operating instructions, and awards.
  • Conduct self-inspections and prepare detailed reports with corrective actions.
  • Monitor activities for compliance with regulations, directives, and policies.
  • Meet with key stakeholders to assess satisfaction, explain policies, and resolve issues.
  • Maintain relationships with senior leadership, DoD agencies, and other organizations.
  • Track manning, prepare organizational charts, manage files and forms, and handle mail.
  • Assist with ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory lists.
  • Support the development and publication of program documentation, plans, directives, reports, and briefings.
  • Maintain master files and tracking systems for program data and deficiencies.

  • Ability to manage classified and unclassified materials securely
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
