Operations Specialist (Vietnamese Speaker) - Philippine-based

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Ensuring that all requests/checks are initiated correctly within the Internal Service Level Agreement.
2. Ensuring the accuracy of verification attempts (templates, emails, faxes, verbal representations).
3. Completing timely follow-ups as scheduled.
4. Raising insufficiencies from the entities as soon as they are identified.
5. Uploading all documentation related to verification activities to the System.
