Operations Specialist (Vietnamese Speaker) - Philippine-based

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Ensure all requests/checks are initiated correctly within the Internal Service Level Agreement.
2. Verify the accuracy of verification attempts (templates, emails, faxes, verbal representations).
3. Complete timely follow-ups as scheduled.
4. Raise insufficiencies from entities promptly upon identification.
5. Upload all documentation related to verification activities to the System.
