We are searching for the best talent for 2 x Operations Specialist, Patient & Site Engagement (PSE) located in Europe, or East Coast US (Remote) to serve as the primary contact for trial teams, responsible for managing, executing, and delivering patient and site-facing initiatives in support of clinical trials. This role will be primarily focused on supporting quality engagement with industry opinion leaders and key site personnel (e.g., investigators) through the effective coordination of engagement meetings at major Oncology congresses. This role works with key people within the Global Development Organization (GD), including Program Delivery Leaders (PDLs), Strategic Account Leads (SALs), Trial Delivery Leaders (TDL), Clinical Trial Managers (CTM), Local Trial Managers (LTM), and Site Managers (SM), as well as external suppliers and other relevant stakeholders. As needed, this position may also support other administrative responsibilities across the Patient & Site Engagement team and the Oncology Delivery Unit.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $105,000 to $169,050. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
