Job summary

You will support the sales team with order specs, process forklift and charger orders, and maintain product literature while tracking development and certifications.

The role requires 3+ years of experience, fluency in Chinese and English, and a Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and above required.
• More than three years of working experience in related fields.

Responsibilities

• Manage quotations for forklifts and chargers.
• Oversee inventory management for forklifts, chargers, batteries, and related items.
• Address inquiries from sales teams and dealers about order specs and lead times.
• Process and handle forklift and charger orders.
• Coordinate delivery and fulfillment of forklift and charger orders.
• Maintain and update product one-pagers (spec sheets).
• Track progress of new product development and certifications.
• Prepare vehicle nameplates.
• Process inbound and outbound in SAP.
• Reconcile order data with Finance.
• Handle other tasks and assignments as directed by management.
