Operations Associate II supports back-office processing for enrollment, payroll and distributions, ensuring timely, accurate processing and meeting SLAs while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with peers and supervisor on tasks and documentation.
• Basic knowledge of business processes and ability to learn assigned tasks.
• Ability to clearly articulate and document actions taken or needed.
• Proven ability to follow procedures and resolve issues with direction.
• Familiarity with MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio).
• Ability to learn enrollment, distributions and investment processing fundamentals.
• Attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
• Team-oriented with willingness to mentor peers as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level customer service and professional communication with internal/external partners.
• Research and resolve comments or client requests as assigned.
• Support reporting requirements for partner organizations.
• Meet service level goals and assist with audits when required.
• Document procedures and workflows; seek process improvements.
