Job summary

Norfolk-Iron- is seeking a hands-on warehouse associate in Ogden, UT to operate forklifts, cranes, and lifting gear safely. You will load/unload trucks and railcars, build wooden skids, read work orders, and follow procedures precisely.

Responsibilities include maintaining order, reporting incidents, and assisting teammates. Training provided for equipment use, with a strong emphasis on safety and throughput.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Warehouse, manufacturing, steel-processing, or machine-operation experience preferred; willing to train the right candidate.
• Ability to read and understand work orders, instructions, and safety procedures.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Ability to accurately use a tape measure or willingness to learn.
• Ability to operate required equipment after completing company-provided training and certification.
