Job summary

Public Safety Financial, a division of Modern Wealth Management, is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day operational execution of the PSF team. This role ensures accuracy, consistency, and timeliness across client onboarding, account maintenance, operational workflows, and advisor support activities.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in operations, administrative support, client service, or a related role within financial services or a regulated industry.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Ability to follow established procedures while exercising sound judgment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn new technology platforms.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Support daily operational workflows, including account openings, asset movements, service requests, and internal processing activities.
Prepare and review paperwork to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance prior to submission.
Monitor operational requests and follow up with internal teams, custodians, and vendors as needed to ensure timely completion.
Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with firm policies and regulatory requirements.
Partner closely with Advisors and Client Service Associates to execute client-related operational tasks.
Assist with onboarding new clients by coordinating required documentation and internal approvals.
Research and resolve operational issues, escalating complex matters when appropriate.
Ensure timely follow-through and communication regarding client service requests and operational inquiries.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and workflow processes.
Enter, update, and maintain data across CRM systems, custodian platforms, and workflow tools.
Monitor workflow queues, service-level expectations, and deadlines to ensure tasks are completed promptly.
