Job summary

You will collaborate with internal and external partners to research, resolve issues, and implement process improvements.

The role supports client reassignments, CSA paperwork, and various advisor updates, with emphasis on accuracy, communication, and multitasking in a structured office setting.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Post‑secondary education and relevant work experience may be interchanged to meet the combined total years of minimum required qualifications for education and experience.
• Previous operations, processing, or customer service experience.
• Ability to research and resolve problems.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, results‑driven transaction‑based environment.

Responsibilities

• Independently process, reconcile and/or balance for the assigned product in an accurate, timely and compliant manner.
• Work with appropriate internal and external business partners to research and resolve issues, troubleshoot and provide seamless service.
• Identify process improvements and partner with appropriate resources to implement solutions.
• Utilize various computer applications to provide operational processing information and take action as appropriate.
• Process sophisticated Client reassignments regardless of platform and triggering event.
• Process compensation sharing arrangement paperwork request for advisors, including providing assistance with submitting modifying or ending CSA's.
• Would support the AFIG platform for team practice, payout rate sets, Branch ID updates, client reassignments and third-party Advisor updates.
• Communicate case status updates to the advisor and various internal parties, such as the Employee Relations, Client Assignment policy owners, San Antonio Field office, or the Legal department, as appropriate via email, written correspondence, or telephone.
• Assist with creating hand off requests for licensing requirements, registration, and field compensation areas.
• Act as a resource for more complex research and assistant peers on processes and procedures via e‑mail, phone, and in person regarding policies and procedures, systems knowledge, and case management skills.
