Atoms is seeking an Operations Specialist for its Times Square location to keep daily facility operations running smoothly by processing orders, coordinating pickups, and resolving issues for restaurant partners and delivery partners.

You will train and coach team members, maintain health code standards, handle administrative tasks, and adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment while supporting the growth of online food delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced operations and logistics.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to adapt to changing conditions and teams.

Responsabilités

• Transport orders from kitchens to central processing area.
• Process orders and prepare them for delivery partner pickup.
• Identify and troubleshoot operational issues promptly.
• Coordinate with partners, employees, and third parties to resolve them.
• Support daily administrative tasks and inventory counts.
• Respond to restaurant partners’ questions and concerns.
• Train and coach team members on procedures.
• Maintain health code compliance and a clean facility.
