Job summary

Control Risks is seeking a Senior Executive Protection Analyst to support a major technology client within its Global Security Operations Center (GSOC). The role blends protective intelligence and executive protection monitoring with shift-level leadership, overseeing global executive security, including traveling C‑Suite leaders.

The position operates on a 4x12 night shift (7:00 pm–7:00 am), 4 days on, 4 days off, with night coverage. Hybrid work arrangements are supported where possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years in GSOC/protective intelligence/security operations.
• Experience leading shift operations and coordinating incidents.
• Proficiency with OSINT, social media research, and security reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct monitoring and protective intelligence support for the client’s executive population, including globally traveling C‑Suite executives.
• Serve as senior point of contact during the shift, directing analysts and ensuring monitoring, reporting, and response activities.
• Identify, assess, and communicate threats to executives using OSINT and security intelligence tools.
• Develop and review executive-level risk assessments for travel, venues and events; lead live monitoring for movements and events.
• Lead real-time incident assessment, coordinate responses with stakeholders, escalate critical matters promptly.
• Maintain shift handovers, documentation, and transfer of critical information.
• Oversee quality control of intelligence reports, alerts, and incident documentation.
