Job summary

Arden's Garden is seeking a Dual Store Manager to lead two retail locations with a focus on people, performance, and purpose. You will develop store leadership, drive sales growth, and ensure outstanding customer experiences while upholding Arden's Garden standards across multiple communities.

This salaried, exempt role reports to the District Manager and requires building strong teams, coaching, and executing strategic initiatives to improve profitability and service quality across stores.
