Job summary

Ever is building the future of auto retail. We seek an Operations Specialist to join our on-site San Francisco team. You will manage lot and queue processes, maintain inventory accuracy, and support vehicle quality through regular inspections and SOP-driven procedures.

Based in San Francisco, this full-time, on-site role offers hourly compensation of $25–$28 and an opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing, AI-native auto retail platform with national scale.

Responsibilities

• Maintain organized vehicle queues across WIP and finished goods stages
• Optimize lot space utilization to support throughput and operational efficiency
• Track unit status and location accurately to ensure proper inventory flow
• Keep inventory at sellable quality standards through regular inspections
• Maintain vehicle charge levels per established SOPs
• Identify units needing reconditioning or escalation and communicate accordingly
• Maintain key organization systems to ensure accurate key-to-unit accountability at all times
• Conduct regular lot audits to verify unit count, placement, and condition accuracy

What You’ll Do

Lot & Queue Management
