Schneider is seeking an Operations Specialist in Oconomowoc, WI to coordinate drivers, optimize day-to-day processes, and drive efficiencies. The role emphasizes collaborating with team members and customers to resolve issues and improve operations.

The position is on-site in Oconomowoc with a first shift schedule, Friday through Monday, 6:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m., and includes benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and a company match 401(k).

Competenze

• Have a high school diploma or GED.
• One year of operations experience preferred.
• Have strong written and oral communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities.

Mansioni

• Assign freight to company drivers.
• Ensure optimal use of driver capacity.
• Provide feedback to leaders about challenges related to capacity and customers.
• Work closely with drivers and customers to solve issues that arise.
