Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong leadership and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in groups, stay organized, detail oriented, and handle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Answer external and internal calls.
• Process wires and ACHs as needed.
• Balance DDA charge off GL.
• Upload statement files daily.
• Flag all closed accounts.
• Update travel notifications with Fraud Center.
• Assist front line staff and other departments as needed.
• Participate in community events.
• Complete bank training in a timely manner.
• Maintain organized workspace.
• Scan and index files.
• Balance GLs associated with ICS accounts and bill payments.
